Here are a few of the projects we've had the privilege to help out on and that are making a real difference.

Skyline multi-use trail, colorado springs

A significant storm water event had washed out the existing bridge and was causing extensive erosion rendering the trail unusable.  A dewatering plan was devised, storm water and erosion control practices were put in place, and work began.  Era Environmental provided environmental consultation, took care of the dewatering permit application, submitted Discharge Monitoring Reports, and performed and reported all necessary water quality sampling, testing, and inspections.  Many hours were put into ensuring compliance and success for our client.

camp creek drainage channel, Co springs

After catastrophic fires years before, storm water was raging unhindered off slopes and causing loss of property for many.  Drainage channels, conveyances, and retention ponds were the solution.  Colorado Springs has an extensive existing drainage system but it needed and continues to need maintenance and repair.  These channel projects required comprehensive Stormwater Management Plans, multiple environmental permits, dewatering, BMPs, water sampling and testing, and compliance inspections.
